Rust build and creative servers
This list shows every public Rust server that carries a build or creative tag, or has build, creative or sandbox in its name. Player counts and wipe dates are live. Use the filters to narrow by region or population, or search for a server name.
The table above sorts by live players by default, so the busiest build servers sit at the top. That ordering is useful if you want feedback on a base design from other players. If you prefer to work alone, the quieter servers further down are just as functional.
Wipe cycles on build servers are shorter than on normal Rust servers. Many reset every few hours, which clears anything you have built. The last wipe and next wipe columns show when each server resets; a value of "resets" means the world is replaced regularly rather than on a fixed schedule.
Population on a typical build server drops by about half over three days after a wipe, slower than on standard servers. That gives you time to test a design without losing the server to a reset mid-session.
Questions
4 answers about this page and the numbers on it.
What are Rust build servers used for?
They let you design and test bases without gathering resources or risking a raid. Most give free building materials and instant crafting. Some add noclip and god mode so you can inspect a base from any angle before building it on a live server.
How often do build servers wipe?
There is no single schedule. Some reset every few hours, others keep the same map until the owner decides to wipe. Check the last wipe and next wipe columns for each server to see its pattern.
Why are build servers listed as modded?
Because free resources, instant building and noclip change the game from vanilla Rust. Facepunch requires servers with those features to be listed under Modded. It is not an indication of cheating or unfair play.
Can I filter build servers by region or player count?
Yes. Use the filters on this page or open the full server list for more options. Filters cover region, group limit, wipe schedule and current population.
More about these servers
This page updates every five minutes. The list contains 313 build, creative and sandbox servers as of 2026. Fewer than half have players online at any given time, so the live counts are the most reliable guide to activity.
Search matches server names and addresses only. Typing "EU" finds servers with EU in their name, not every server hosted in Europe. For filters by region, group limit and wipe schedule, open the full server list.
You can sort by next wipe to see which servers reset soonest. On build servers, a reset usually means a clean map rather than lost progress, so it is rarely a reason to avoid a server.
